How is the Principal, or Licensee, involved in the Property Management aspect of the business?

At Ross Toy, our Principal, Alisha Toy, is involved in every aspect of the day to day tasks involved in the management of your property.

What formal qualifications do your property consultants have?

Every Ross Toy property manager has, or is employed under a traineeship to obtain, their Certificate IV in Property Services (SA Real Estate).

We support our Property Consultants in their ongoing training and development and we encourage them to obtain their Diploma in Property Services (Real Estate SA).

How many properties, including my own, is my property manager responsible for?

Through experience, Alisha Toy has found that, the accepted industry standard for property managers is to be responsible for 140 properties at one time.

At Ross Toy, however, our property managers will manage a maximum of 100 properties at one time.

Our reduced portfolios enable us to afford your property our full attention and allow us to answer your queries and telephone calls promptly.

Who does the initial and ongoing inspections of my property?

Your Ross Toy Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of your property management and we conduct the initial and subsequent inspections on your property, and, we keep you informed along the way.

Viewing and inspecting your property from the beginning through to the end of your tenants’ lease agreement ensures that there is no discrepancy or miscommunication between your tenants and your property manager about the initial structural and interior condition of your property.

When can potential tenants view my property?

Your property is available for viewing whenever the tenant wants to see it, 7days a week.

Does Ross Toy have a communication guarantee?

Our guarantee to you is; we will return your telephone call or email within 24 hours within business hours, or, the next practicable business day if we are contacted outside of business hours.
